Service is usually top notch, not today. Was directed to the left bay where I sat for 30 minutes while cars in other lane who showed up after me got serviced. So many cars I was not able to change lanes. Watched 2 people behind me leave from waiting. Not happy. Other than that, once I got in was fast and easy.

It was SUPER rushed. I appreciate the fact that they want to get you in and out, but it made me feel like I wasn't answering their questions fast enough. The guy who was asking the questions seemed perturbed and annoyed by my inability to rapid-fire my answers. Also, they never looked at my dashboard to reset the system warning about the oil change AND the low tire pressure. The dude told me it would reset on its own, but it hasn't. He seemed like he was annoyed by me. Didn't make me feel at all like you would when you're giving someone good customer service or that you even have enough effort to show that you somewhat care.
