Valvoline Instant Oil Change

Well the lack of professionalism by this worker was classless and egregious. While being serviced I was asked about several other services for my car like windshield wipers which I refused except the transmission flush. I asked for the cost and the worker began piddling around trying to get it to populate. He never gave me the price of the service. At the end when the service was completed and told me the total price I mentioned he never gave me the price and asked for the price breakdown he said it was on the screen. I stated one I couldn't see the screen plus it never populated when he was originally tried to find it. Worker flipped and became upset talking about everything but the price breakdown not acknowledging his mistake and rambled on disrespectfully stating that this is the price pay it and get out. worker then went on a tangent about how I the customer of 10 years at this location get into it with everyone when I come which is a lie. I stated I called corporate Valvoline on one female who was so unprofessional one time I came into get service who actually started my service with no problem on this day but switched out to the worker in which I had no problem and actually didn't even mention anything about it. This particular worker continued his disrespectful words and toned and saw that I was perplexed and nervous pointing out how I was twitching during his encounter which often happens when I get scared, nervous and shaken. I was in a vulnerable position with this worker standing over me ranting and not knowing what he would do I got out of my car and asked for the worker of Hispanic decent to switch out with this worker who wasn't capable of servicing me escalating the situation. The worker vehemently refused telling the other worker not to come help the situation the he was the manager and in charge. He called the police as I told my issue to another worker who was standing driver side rear of my vehicle. I stated i know you cant go against this manager but xyz.... when I got back inside I continued to hear him spout lies to dispatch to get them to show up which was totally unnecessary when all I requested was a price break down he never gave. I called corporate myself because this situation was ridiculous. While on the phone with Valvoline to express my complaint while still in the car bay the police showed up and I told him everything that transpired even the fact that I felt being set up because of me calling Valvoline on the lady a couple services ago and this was their get back. I shared with the officer that after my oil change I was going to my back doctor and I go to Cleveland every weekend to care for mother who requires 24 hour care and just needed a oil change and was told about another service that was in the red and worker went ballistic after pointing out to him that he never gave me the price breakdown. I was informed that I a customer of 10 years was being written up for no trespass

These folks are consistently amazing! My last visit I got my tires rotated and they helped my elderly father out of the vehicle to the waiting area, I didn't even ask, they just did it. They are kind, knowledgeable, and give great service with a smile. :)

Angelina is a delight as always and I love catching up with her and the other regular employees. That’s actually a big reason I keep coming back with both my vehicles and probably will for years to come. You guys are doing a great job!
