I came in for a single headlight replacement. The tech that was registering me in the system was not the kindest. She kept dismissing me when I informed her that it was the low beam and the right headlight that needed to be changed to match the brightness of the other headlight. The entire conversation seemed defensive, every response was snappy, and I did not feel heard at all. On the other hand, Karma was very helpful and nice.

I went at 715 this morning so I could be first in line. I was let into the bay at 732, great! I knew i had a headlight out. They told me both my brake lights were out. Ok, change them please. From 745 until 830 four technicians worked trying to get light bulb out. After 20 minutes I asked what was taking so long. I was told almost done. After another 10 minutes I told one of the techs that they should have told me they couldn't do it and let me leave. Angelena was nothing but rude. A number of times I told her I couldn't hear her but she went right on mumbling. So I missed an 830 appointment and am being charged for missing an appointment.
