I am very satisfied -- The staff was friendly -- Very cordial -- Very pleasant -- I was in and out very quickly -- The service person showed me my air filter it was slightly soiled -- But He recommended not replacing it now - but possibly on the next oil change -- And as a consumer I really appreciate that - He didn't try to up sell me!! Further my $10 discount coupon was expired -- So He went ahead (without me asking) and gave me a $15 off discount -- That is GREAT customer service -- And this survey reinforces that This location is extremely convenient to my office 100 feet away from my parking space There was NOTHING negative about my experience -- All positive!!I would highly recommend this location I am a loyal Valvoline customer, and I will continue to take my SUV to this location Keep up the great work Sincerely Craig Goodwin
