If I could give zero star I would but there is no option. There is a white guy who did an oil change for me, after finishing my payment he just threw my card to me while I was in the car. The oil change is expensive too. They do not know how to listen to their customers. I was pissed off

I had a great experience at Valvoline during my recent oil change, and David deserves recognition for his outstanding customer service! He was very knowledgeable, professional, and informative when explaining the oil change process and recommending services for my vehicle. He took the time to explain what my car needed, answer my questions, and help me better understand how to keep my vehicle running properly. I really appreciated that he made sure I was informed without making me feel pressured. It’s refreshing to receive customer service from someone who genuinely cares about helping customers and making sure they understand their vehicle’s needs. David is a great example of what excellent customer service should look like. His professionalism, patience, and knowledge made my experience a positive one. Valvoline, you have a great employee on your team! I would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for quality service and a team that takes the time to educate and assist their customers. Thank you, David, for making my visit a great experience! 👏🏾
