Their systems were down so the entire process was extra slow. I couldn’t get a lot of pricing at the time. They had to write my info down which made me slightly uncomfortable. The employees seemed more interested in talking to each other. No test were done to check my lights or top off my fluids

First training of staff members on all make and models of vehicles. Clear communication with the customer on what mistakes and damages that were made in customer vehicle. This customer here felt like if the car did not expose the damage that was made. I would have been able to drive off not knowing they damaged my oil filter case.
