Stopped by to get an oil change today. We usually do not have a problem with this location but we did today. We went to this location for our oil change last oil change we got. They told us during this visit that they couldn't get the oil filter out, even though they had put it in there and sealed it themselves last time. We asked them if they could apply our coupon we brought and they said no, they would apply it next time around. They made us pay full price for the oil. And wouldn't listen to us when we kept insisting they were the ones to change it previously. They kept trying to ask to blame it on another company or location, and then tried to keep asking if our car had overheated which we had told them clearly it has not. Very disappointed with this location and will be going to another company to get our oil changed even though we have gone to valvoline since we've had a car. A regular oil change shouldn't make us have to take our car to a full service shop and dish out money we don't have.

my tire’s pressure filled. I had no idea it was 100% free! Friendly service and incredibly fast!! A+

Great location. The staff was nice and explained what they were doing. Staff also suggested services that were milage based suggestions. There was no pressure to do them. There are always coupons online. Once you are a customer you will get coupons in the mail or via text.
