drained my oil then realized they didn't have my oil. was in a hurry and at that point couldn't even decline the service. they had to travel to try and find the oil at local auto parts stores. their customer service version of compensation for the trouble was a $20 coupon for a FUTURE VISIT. i get spammed with those in my email on a weekly basis. a quick pit stop turned into an over an hour endeavor.
