The tech broke my glove compartment door while changing out the cabin air filter. I was not comped the cost of the cabin air filter, and the only thing I was told was that IF it was their fault, I could file a claim for the cost of the repair. I explained there was no u201cifu201d, the glove box door worked perfectly well before I came in for service, and after they changed the cabin air filter, the door is broken. They still did not admit they had broken it.

They could have used the proper tool and not stripped plugs that now possibly damaged differential and now may need replaced- this is highly inconvenient as well as itu2019s been 3 days and I have not heard a word from them about getting this repaired
