As soon as I was in a bay, they went to work. They knew what oil I wanted and suggested additional services. I decided to purchase an air filter. It was more expensive than I could have gotten it elsewhere and installed myself. But not so much that I wanted to get my hands dirty to save it.

The service was quick and the first guy to speak with me was great. However, the man who took all my information confirmed my home address then looked at me and said "you look interested in being choked." And then told his coworker I look interested in being choked. I don't know why he would say this to a customer in the first place but it is especially inappropriate and terrifying to be saying something like that after taking someone's personal information.

The staff was very nice and when they took off a couple of screws on the air filter housing, they broke off. The staff said we will take care of that for you. They ordered new screws and I went back later that day. They stood behind their work and took full responsability for the repairs they made. They are a very good group of guys and went the extra mile with the customer service. I was very impressed and I will always go back to that particular Valvoline to get my oil changes. Thank you to the great staff!!
