I was disappointed about the oil spill left on the front and on the side of my vehicle. One of the staff left without checking the rear windshield wipers. I had to ask another staff to check the rear wiper before I pulled out of the station.

Very annoyed the staff did not complete reinstalling the shield on the underside of my car. Within a day of my oil change, the shield was dragging on the road. A staff member had told me u201cthey had difficulty with the boltsu201d to rescue the shield. What he failed to mention is that the neglected to reinstall at least 4 of the bolts. A new aftermarket cover is now $265.00. If they couldnu2019t perform the reinstall, they simply could have told me.
