Tyrone is unprofessional and immature. It took 2 hours to get my oil changed. There were 2 cars ahead of me...........when I expressed that I was unhappy with having to wait so long without even being greeted for an "instant" oil change, the tech literally called over another tech to cover his mouth and say *something.* 🙄 then when I got called in, the service person was so overly polite, to the point of it feeling extremely passive aggressive. There was no reason for them to treat me like this. We are not in middle school, but the shop environment felt like one. I wasn't being mean or rude, I just wasn't being sweet, because I was justifiably frustrated. If they had just expressed understanding about my being frustrated to wait so long, my energy would have instantly softened. I am really unhappy with the whole interaction, and hope I never have to deal with those two jerks again. I was irritated when I got to the front of the line, but their treatment pushed me into 'angry' territory. I hope that both sides of their pillows are always hot, and that their favorite chair breaks.

Your lead girl was fabulous. Holding the bay down and not afraid to double back and make sure everyone was locked in doing what they needed to do. The vibes were high even though it was late in the day and all in all the customer service was on point. I will be back!
