The service person that handled my car was professional and kind. I have trouble hearing and he never acted like that was a problem. Explained everything to me. All around good experience.

After waiting for awhile to get into a bay (not to mention allocating time in my schedule to go there) and all the pre-service work, I was informed that they were out of the standard synthetic oil I have regularly used at Valvoline. Oil Change. They did not offer any alternative oil or compensation for the inconvenience of my time. They only suggested I come back when "maybe" they would be restocked. I even had to request the coupon I was using be reversed so "maybe" I could try to use it when I return. I have used this station many times. So sad.
