If I could give zero stars, I would. I brought my vehicle in for a simple oil change to save some time, but I ended up having to spend my Saturday in the garage fixing their sloppy, unprofessional work. I noticed a massive oil puddle on the ground, so I put the vehicle up on jack stands to inspect it myself. I immediately found the oil filter had been left loose and was steadily leaking fresh oil all over the frame and driveway. When I went to check the rest of their work, I found the drain plug was leaking and had been over torqued way past any reasonable spec. To top it all off, when reinstalling the filter shield, their techs lost my factory hardware and stripped the threads when they jammed a completely wrong, mismatched bolt into the frame to hold it up. They also cross-threaded the bolts holding up the skid plate (as you can clearly see in the photos). Instead of a convenient service, this visit cost me extra money in replacement parts and oil, plus a ruined weekend cleaning up their mess, chasing threads and redoing the job correctly myself. This shows an absolute lack of basic mechanical competence and respect for customer property. Save your money and take your vehicle to a shop that actually knows what they are doing.
