When I arrived, there were no other customers, so I did not have to wait at all. The employees all jumped in and made quick work of my oil change. This location is always friendly and efficient. I noticed that a vacuum device was used to drain my old oil - I asked about it and got a useful explanation (to avoid wear-and-tear on the oil plug threads from repeated oil changes, which could compromise the oil pan). Done in no time, got recommendations for a couple of service items but no pressure.
