I absolutely hate getting my oil changed. And quite literally the exact reason I absolutely hate getting my oil changed, is that quite often cars are not processed through fairly in a timely manner. OFTEN I will be directed to line up behind another car. And when an additional car pulls up- they will open another lane and service that car that came after me- first. Many times even 2 cars.
