on the tire rotation I am pretty sure they moved the driver side front to the driver side rear and drive side rear went to drive side front. This means the tires were not criss crossed. When I got home I checked the owner manual and verified they should have been criss crossed. So is that how Valvoline does tire rotation??

I entered the service bay at 9:07am and i didnu2019t end up pulling out of the bay until 9:55am. The manager had to go run to orileys auto parts to grab an oil filter for my car so i was sitting there waiting while he ran to the store. There was 2 other trucks in the other bays with only 3 people working. Took waaaaay to long and should definitely have more people working to accommodate three bays if theyu2019re going to have them all open.
