My Envision AWD model takes 6 quarts of full synthetic instead of 5 quarts. This adds to the total cost which is too high for my liking to begin with but expensive non the less. They do not stock my engine air filter for some reason so I will need to get one myself. Service was great and the staff acted very professionally. I will got back in the future!

As I was getting my oil changed in my 2017 ram 1500 the worker told me to go ahead and start my truck. When I did the other worker started waving hand in front of neck like cut it off. He yelled shut it off I haven't put oil in it. I have been going there for years. Never had a problem. The worker said he miss understood his other worker. The guy who told me to turn on truck was actually the manager in charge. So very disappointed.
