Staff courteous, professional, took care of my vehicle, made sure I knew the price beforehand and explained the reasons for delays. Jeep decided that, in order to service this model’s transmission, one must first remove the battery compartment. Really, Jeep, was that necessary? But the Valvoline techs know where to look and have the necessary tools, which makes me very happy! I recommend Valvoline. Years ago on a different car, it was a Valvoline tech who figured out the reason my low battery light kept coming on and fixed in five minutes what had stymied my dealer and Autozone. Can’t thank you enough. Valvoline service not always the cheapest but I believe the most reliable, which makes Valvoline the best value. I will definitely be back!

I went to one location and they didn’t have the filter needed for my car. They called another location for me to make sure that they had one. That one didn’t happen to have the oil that I needed, but the one I was already at did. They were able to give me the oil and I went to the other location that had the filter and they were able to give me taken care of.

Instantly a young guy waved me right in which was faster than expected/great. However it was so fast I didn’t expect it and had a cig in my hand and instead of putting it out I tossed it out which struck a nerve with who I assume is a manager. He shouted, keep that in your car not in my parking lot. Absolutely I was wrong but he could have been less nasty. Also a guy asked my info but that same manager took over! When said I wouldn’t want more than oil because it’s a company car and I’d be paying cash, he quoted me $101 (which is absolutely outrageous) and he said very rudely are you going to have enough money to cover that?? You have enough cash? Why wouldn’t he just ask for payment and if i didn’t send me on my way! He was very ignorant and rude and if it was because of the cigarette he could have refused service from the start. If I didn’t have to return the company car that day I should have driven off myself! Your prices and service are outrageous. Never again. I will say the other 2 young guys were extremely nice and polite. Also, take note when the manager mentioned the cigarette I did in fact say, you’re right, Sorry! No need for his miserable attitude!
