My only issue with this visit is I was asked if I wanted to check my internal air filter which yeah I wanted to check it but if I would have known it was $60 to check it and change it I wouldn't have had them check it I would have went to O'Reilly's and got it done for free with the cost of the filter. I just thought that was wasn't absorbing the mouth just to change a filter that took them less than 5 minutes to do. And I was not told that that was the cost and I could have asked but I didn't think it was going to be $60 that's my only really complaint everybody was very nice and polite and courteous and professional it was just a communication was lacking on both of our parts for that particular part of my service

The quick service and education on what needed to be done next as far as my car but also not feeling pressured to buy any additional products .

Second bad experience after they put two extra qrts of oil last time. I spent 2 whole hrs between wait and oil change service - although staff is courteous and all unfortunately I will be returning to this location.
