my oil change was done so sloppily. they didn’t show me my oil before. the guy only showed me it after because I reminded him to while he was closing the hood of my car and he got irritated. I received my oil change at 12:29p on Sunday and when I backed out of my garage Monday there was a HUGE pile of oil under my car. I called the valvoline out maumee and they had to redo my oil change. The filter was loose and leaky. Oil was all over whatever pan he mentioned and it was a huge oil mess under my car. He also said something hadn’t been tightened properly. There is always new people working out of secor who don’t know what they’re doing. Last time I went in 2023 they “forgot” to put oil back in my car and the maumee location fixed that mistake as well. I’ve learned my lesson for the final time.

Takes forever to get anything done something as simple as air in the tires takes 30 minutes the whole point is to get people in an out that’s the whole same pitch terrible time management
