I was warmly welcomed and helped by the manager Chris. He ran a basic check on my Ford escape and besides oil change, he showed me the report of what I can do to better maintained my car. He was still really friendly when I said no to extra services. He even helped fixed one of my loose bulb because my turn signal was out, so I don't have to change my bulbs.
