They recommended a"Fuel First Defense Fuel System Kit" $139. after driving the car 2 miles, every problem light on the dash board was on. When I returned to the Valvoline Center - 1. they told me i should take it to the dealer for a diagnostic check, which I did at a cost of an additional $170, and 2. they determined when i returned that they had not put a fuel additive in at the time of service and put that into the fuel tank.

I was told I would be receiving air in my tires, which I never did and left with and alert on my dash. Shown an air filter and asked to purchase a new one with no explanation as to the status of my current one. Told it was time for a transmission service and explained nothing of what the service would provide for the benefit of my vehicle. I just felt pressured to purchase with no explanation. Staff was friendly but seemed to want to get the basics done and me out the door.
