Today I did the oil change service and they used used used oil for the change. My car was not running well and emitted a lot of black smoke. I had to go back to make the claim, they changed the oil and filter again. I hold them responsible for any damage that may be caused to the engine by this problem.

I came to change the oil, and I told the employee to use the discount code. He informed me that the discount code does not work. I have two cars, and I have been changing the oil at your location for the past two years. Because of this issue, I will change to another location instead of this one

By far the rudest people I have ever dealt with, when dealing with a Valvoline location. Usually they are very accommodating, professional, and easy to deal with. The two females working on 12/28 were miserable. I will not be coming back!
