I forgot my $15 coupon that I had received in the mail and they gave it to me anyway. They were super kind and helpful. The timing was also great! One thing they were not able to do is, help me with resetting my oil life on my car. I have a 2022 Volkswagen Tiguan. They said they were given the steps but it never works so they directed me to a Volkswagen dealership so that they were able to help me. I plan to either stop in to a dealership so they are able to help me or look into my manual myself. Other than that, amazing service. I will absolutely return and continue using Valvoline.

The team that took care of my car was outstanding. I went in afraid I was going to be scolded for not seeking out an oil change sooner but I wasn’t. John was courteous and informative. Chad was amazing at getting things done on my car quickly. They explained some services that needed to be done on my car anf recommended it get done soon but didn’t push for me to do it with them or right that second. However because of how I was being treated so well, I opted to have the services done then and there with them. I was offered something to drink while I waited. It was obvious the team enjoyed doing what they did and in that it made me more relaxed. I will 100% use this valvoline again!

The only concern I had was one of the staff started to put oil in the car before doing something with the oil filter and had to go back downstairs and to correct it. Luckily the manager caught it before he got to far but if not what kind of problem would I have experienced if the manager had not checked.
