The Valvoline Team was friendly, efficient, and presented good information to make a decision on the services that were needed. I can tell that the shop I visited was well managed and that the employees cared about their work and customer.

Sloppy service, every time I go there they tell me that there's something wrong with my vehicle. Yesterday Sunday February 1st 2026, I went to get just an oil change. In my travels of 5 different places before them I had no problems with starting my vehicle. When I went to start my vehicle there I had to have it jumped in order to get it started. Then they told me that my battery was bad and I needed to have it changed, so after I left there I went to AutoZone across the street and had my battery tested and it tested good, so they tried to sell me a battery that I didn't need in the first place.Then while putting new oil in they spilled it down the side of the engine and never even tried to clean it up. Then they told me that my rear main seal was leaking, if it was leaking it would show up on my garage floor. The employees there are scammers and they take advantage of women and senior citizens and yes I am a senior citizen. You say they are professionals, they are professional scammers, I will not be going back. This isn't the kind of people that I would want to represent my business.

I can’t say enough good things about my experience at Valvoline, and that’s entirely because of Christian. From the moment I pulled in, he was incredibly personable, welcoming, and professional, which immediately put me at ease. He handled everything quickly and efficiently without ever making me feel rushed, and he took the time to explain what was being done and why. What really stood out to me was how thorough and honest he was. Christian made sure I was fully aware of any issues or things to keep an eye on, explaining them in a clear, respectful way with zero pressure.
It’s rare to find someone who balances efficiency with genuine care for the customer, but he absolutely did. Christian’s attention to detail and outstanding customer service made this one of the best experiences I’ve had at Valvoline. He turned what’s usually a routine errand into a positive, stress-free experience, and that says a lot. I truly appreciate his professionalism and kindness and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for exceptional service!
