Although there was a defective oil filter that was originally installed during my visit at the store (when I left I went immediately to the gas station to get gas & then my vehicle would try to restart but then immediately die), when I called the store & let them know what had happened, the tech that had helped me left the store & met me at the gas station, he got my car restarted enough to get me back to the store where he was able to get under my car & figure out that the oil filter originally installed was defective, he replaced it & got me on my way. I very much appreciate the tech going out of his way to meet me at the gas station & getting me back to the store where they promptly corrected the issue.
