This location is always quick, professional and personable. They’re attentive and always thoroughly check everything. I’ve gone to a few valvoline locations and this is the best one in the area

normally don’t leave bad reviews, but the customer service at this Valvoline location was very disappointing. From the moment I pulled in, the employees seemed unprofessional and not very welcoming. I asked a few simple questions about the service and prices, and instead of explaining things politely, they seemed annoyed and gave very short answers.
I also felt very rushed, like they just wanted to get me in and out without caring about the customer experience. No one really explained what they were doing to my car, and I had to ask multiple times just to understand what I was being charged for.
Customer service makes a big difference, and unfortunately this visit did not meet basic expectations. I hope management pays more attention to how customers are treated because people come here not just for oil changes but also for trust and professionalism. You would never see a smile there from any one. I wish if can give lower than 1 star
Based on this experience, I would not recommend this location.
