Came in to get an oil change. Left with a code and a check engine light on. Told maybe it was a coincidence since I have high miles. ....told well I cleared the code....called my husband who told me they had to remove the mass air flow sensor to get that code...and no need to do that to change the oil...was told....no we didn't ...we said yes you did...i said I'm filing a complaint...they said...ok bye.....filed a complaint. They didn't ck my lights, they didn't show the dipstick with the oil in it...I don't really know what was done besides the wrong thing ....and bad attitudes....no I'm sorry....or anything....
