The service is always slow at best. This time I check each vehicles time, 35 min average. I waited for over 1 1/2 hours. My turn finally arrives. They drain the oil, then tell me they are out of my filter. I had to wait another 25 mins to get a filter when they told me it would take 10, total time 2hr. I will never be back.
