Extremely slow service. 35 minutes for a top off. Only one car was in front of me. The other lane was running twice as fast. The person running my lane was way too slow. When I mentioned this I got MAJOR attitude from the person and then they got their manager who also came over and gave me major attitude. I have been going to Valvoline for 30 years and have never ever had a problem. This is a location that is new to me as I just moved to the area and I’m not going back. Terrible attitude. And guy practically yelled at me. Unacceptable.

It makes me feel the need to bring my vehicle to my mechanic for a look, when they could have just told me the problem. (Oil leak, loose/stripped plug/filter?)

As busy as they were last time I had an oil change they were still very professional and when I needed air in my tire on another occasion they actually pulled the holes out to me so I wouldn't have to wait in line which I thought I would very responsible on Valvoline Park

The tech got oil on my hood, passenger fender and driver side fender, the oil that was dropped was quite a lot, I took photos. Had to take the car home and clean it off right away. The car has been leaving a spot of oil on the ground everywhere I park ever since the service. Tire pressure was not checked, windshield wiper fluid was not checked either. Have had better service from this place in the past but it has gone down hill these days
