Mandi was very kind and happy to help had excellent customer service communication! Aiden was working with her and they communicated well working on my vehicle and included my 2 year old in on conversation. They were a no pressure duo and didn’t make me feel obligated to do anything besides an oil change. I told Mandi we recently got back from Oklahoma and that’s why the oil change was late she stated “I’m very happy you made it back safely!” Absolutely the BEST experience I’ve ever had at valvoline! And most of the time I dread coming because I feel like a burden! Excellent team with exceptional care today!

One member was very incompetent and it showed. Then when completing my tire rotation a member snapped a lugnut and broke a stud on the rear driver side and I had to have it replaced that day.
