Unfortunately, 2 miles after I left the Valvoline the check engine light came on. A friend of mine is a mechanic so I brought it right to his shop for a scan. He scanned it and the code came up p2646, which could mean many things. But the first thing to check on the code was the oil level. My mechanic checked it and it was over half a quart low. He topped it off, cleared the code and the code has not come back. This is unfortunate that they did not put in enough oil. When they initially showed me the dipstick, it was not on the right spot. I mentioned that it looked below level. They re-dipped it and showed me, but oil was all over the dipstick and I could not tell. I just trusted them. I never will again.

I am a frequent customer with Valvoline for my wife's car and mine; and is always pleased with the customer service. This past visit, something new was brought to my attention about my wife's cabin filter in her vehicle. It has never been checked the 10 years we've owned it; and it showed. Thank you for catching and showing me how bad it was! Can't believe we've been breathing in that all this time, even with our kids! Thanks again!
