I drove my jeep in for an oil change and had to find a ride home because they broke a transmission dipstick off in my transmission had to take it to jeep dealership for 2 days I have cancer and missed my doctor appointment because of valvoline then told them I needed a rental car but I have no job or money because of my stage 4 cancer and explained my doctors app8and the money situation and still they didn't get me one then I ask for a free oil change coupon for all my hassle and corporate and local oil change said they don't do it so I'm taking my story to my local news and will see how many people stop going here I tried to be nice they refused to help me
