Terrible. I’ve been going to them for about 3 years now, but this last visit no other than terrible. First pulling on the shop for a full authentic change like always, didn’t have to wait that long and customer service was not great. It seemed that I was ignored and they just rushed my service. Then after I got the oil change, they couldn’t put my hood cab down which I understand it’s rusty but I had always used a screwdriver to reset the latch never had a problem until now I guess. They left my hood cab half wide open and told me they couldn’t close it, and I asked if anybody knows how to use a screwdriver they gave me attitude and told me it was too rusty. So I had to go somewhere else and get my hood cab close while my hood is open….When I started up my car it makes a rattling noise and they just shrug it of and said they did the service fine and do not know what that noise is!!!.. Also, the windshield wipers that o paid 50$ for 25$ each blade one of them came off and broke my screw of my wiper blade…….I will never be going back to this location again ever after spending 150$!!! Now I have to take it to the Nissan shop and spend more money while meantime they don’t care…… These new nanics I call them don’t know how to work on vehicles at all and mess it up worse! Please be aware on how you spend your money on unlicensed mechanics……

Kensie was an absolute gem during my oil change, I've been to other stores but shes the first to actually show me my battery life and everything else was good. Ill definitely recommend Austintown Valvoline over the others.
