Being nearly 85 years old I am on very strict budget and your manager was adamant I had no discount of 50%. I think he was same manager? at previous visit who was no help and another person came over, found coupon on my phone and got my bill down to $35 area. Manager or Asst. Manager-attitude. Forget it. Other team members-very nice.
