I was upset because the car in front of me had an idiot driver and was in the bay for 25 minutes. not your employees fault. when i said only change oil and filter and fluids and don't check any filters your employee lost interest in me. change was quick and easy. did not appreciated that window tag says come back in 3000 miles. Marketing overkill and a bad message. price with coupon was less than my subaru dealer with his coupon.
