Hard to recommend this place these days. It's rarely quick; you could end up waiting for close to an hour or more. I've had two separate vehicles damaged during an oil change (an overtorqued oil filter causing a bad leak, and a busted air filter slot). These issues I'd expect from a cheap, in-and-out shop but this place is way too pricey and slow for the roll-of-the-dice experience. The team is friendly and helpful but something needs to change from a quality standpoint.

I was highly satisfied with my experience because the service was fast, professional, and well-organized from start to finish. The team was very courteous, explained everything clearly, and made sure I understood what was being done without trying to upsell me. The customer service was excellent, which is why I’ve been a loyal Valvoline customer for over six years. Every visit is consistent, efficient, and stress-free, and this location continues to meet that high standard.
