Well I have been going to Valvoline for awhile now and I know the procedure they normally do. They did air and oil change. That was about it. Normally they check and take out the air filter to show me, not done!! Last visit before yesterday's visit it was needing changed so I figured I would do it on my next visit which was yesterday, not a word nor did they even take part in the removal of air filter. I said what about the air filter he said well no they didn't check it. and did nothing about it. Normally they reset my oil filer gauge, nothing!! So i will go to my son's and have him do it. I am 72 years old and do not know how to do those things on dash board screen.. I know the procedure and they did me wrong or just wanted to get me out. Will not go back.. I know the procedure at a Valvoline Shop.. I am not even sure they checked anything else. Very disappointed..
