I visited this Valvoline location for a basic oil change, but ended up being pressured into unnecessary additional services. The technician rushed through recommendations and convinced me to add services by promising a discount, which turned out to be misleading.
Even after the discount, I was charged significantly more than standard rates. The pricing was not transparent, and I was not given enough time to decide. This felt like upselling rather than genuine customer care.
To make matters worse, when I contacted customer service, my call was disconnected and no effort was made to resolve my concern.
This experience was frustrating and unprofessional. I would not recommend this location and suggest others double-check pricing and avoid being pressured into additional services.
