I’ve been using Valvoline ever since I was old enough to drive. I started driving at 18 I’m 71 now. Staff is always been friendly and seem to know what they’re doing. I just saw my statement they have my first name wrong. It’s Don not John. Can you fix it?

I was asked who changed the oil the last time by the person working who greeted me when arriving. I stated this center did, I asked why. Worker said they were have trouble getting the filter cap loosened and they typically do not tightened them that tight. The worker finally got the cap off after clearly having trouble, dropping pieces & parts he had to find in the engine compartment, etc...I also asked to have them check the air filter. I did not receive a clear sure I will response, it was more like, that is a difficult filter to check. Not sure if it was checked or not. I had to ask if it was checked because was not told if clean or not.Just not the most professional experience this visit as I had on the previous first visit.
