I had my transmission flushed at my last service. The machine used for the flush malfunctioned during the service and what was expected to last 15 minutes took well over an hour. The transmission shifts very hard to first gear since the flush and I went back to your shop looking for a solution. I shared that with the tech who then told me I have a leak. She came back after speaking with her manager on the phone and showed me a pic on her phone of where she suspects the leak is. She made it clear that was not an area that they touched and therefore it wasn't their fault. I told her I wasn't concerned with the liability, I just want it fixed. She said my fluids levels are fine and there was nothing else they can do. I asked how my levels could be fine if there is a leak and she looked confused and didn't have a clear answer. I took the truck to a mechanic yesterday and $430 later he tells me that my fluid level was low and he suspects it didn't have the right fluid. He drained the old fluid and put new fluid in and the problem appears fixed.

The bald guy was super blunt at the meeting in the driveway. He acted like he was in a super hurry. Three bays were busy at the moment I drive up for my oil change. This guy had a handheld computer which he kept tapping. He never made I contact with me. I felt like I was a hindrance or interruption to his day. The regular staff made eye contact spoke pleasantly. I did not feel rushed with them and the lady working there she is amazingly, compassionate, professional kind. And it’s a pleasure to visit with her on my returns

I appreciate the great job they do to maintain my vehicle’s excellence. They show me the oil level when completed and it always looks great! Also, I get to look at the air filter with their recommendation if it needs to be changed or not. They are super friendly and show me the availability of other services my car could use but without pressure. I have told others about Valvoline service and I know of 3 who go to them now. I appreciate them checking the air in my tires, checking the charge on my the battery, and all the lights if they are working properly. If I have any questions, they are able to help me, and then I learn something to help myself from there! I certainly will be coming back from now on with that kind of service!
