I did not feel confident in the service that was being provided to me car during this service. They seemed very short staffed running around disgruntled, with lack of communication of who was doing what. Seemed there was a guy they were training that was left to change out the o ring and pump the oil out of my vehicle with out being watched which was a little concerning ( not knowing if he did it all correctly) I was there over 30 min in the middle of the day and they weren’t really even that busy all bays were full but no one was waiting behind any of the bays

I have always lived coming here and have many times. This visit was okay. Employees were nice however looking iver my receipt I noticed I was not charged correctly. I had and showed a $15 savings coupon. He said this would be deducted. I was also convinced to change my filter which I was hesitant due to price but he said he could get it lower. Between the 2 discounts it only came to 11.55 in discount. This was not even as much as the $15 coupon I had. I was in a hurry as I had an appointment to make or I would have paid better attention. I hate yo be tricked into what I felt would be a good deal and not recieve it. This makes me leary and want to seek elsewhere form my car servicing. This has truly dissapointed me.

Have to find a new oil change place do to the old one being bought by Take 5. Take 5 was over priced and extremely slow... Finding a new oil change place has been nerve racking. Do to my new bronco. Many places haven't had correct supplies or knowledge. Your guy's and lady was knowledge and friendly. Price was still much higher. But because of the type of vehicle I have it will always take longer do to the fact it has a under plate and Ford has changed to the plastic oil plugs. All of which was explained by your technician which was awesome because I didn't know. So yes I will be back for the next change.

They broke the engine guard pin and did not tell me. I drove home which is 45 minutes away and it started scrapping and messed the cover up. I has to order the part from oreillys which was 18 dollars and by the time I got it fixed it was really messed up. I think knew it was broken because they were getting ready to direct me out and suddenly stopped me and I sat there almost 10 minutes more and the one worker was looking underneath like they were working on something. I have pictures of the damage if you want them
