I had a really strange experience here. I called and asked if they did transmission flushes. I was told yes. Showed up and told the guy I wanted a transmission flush. He directed me to one of the bays. They did the work quickly and were all very professional. I left thinking how awesome my experience was I was going to get to leave a 5 star review. I got home and went to put my receipt away and saw it said 13.6 pints of fluid and no filter charge. When I called to clarify what work was done they told me they don’t do transmission flushes. I said well that’s what I asked for and what I was told I was getting. I was put on hold and another gentleman came on and said they don’t call them flushes but instead they call it a fluid exchange. He explained that is what used to be called a flush. They do hook it up to a machine and push out the fluid in the torque converter. When I asked why my receipt said pints he said it was a mistake. Then I asked if they changed the filter and he said no. I was shocked. I said that’s like changing the oil but not changing the oil filter. He said he knew but that’s what they do and dont carry filters in stock. So, not sure what I paid for here but not changing the filter makes it pretty much worthless.
