Service was great but I can tell of the biased "man/woman" rhetoric, this dude had a problem with my aura. Because I have a high mileage vehicle, which shows i take darn good care of my *SASSY*, Guy didn't show me my air filter, he didn't advise on the progress of tires, OR the tech below. Fellow told me there was no electrical wires going to my tag light, which I was prepared to pay to replace, only to find out he LIED, they've just been dislodged and only needed to be snapped back into place. He didn't advise on how to reset the oil life in a 2006b Chevy tahoe. In 2006 he was probably my age and I'm 40. Will never visit this location again and valvoline has lost a long time, loyal, valuable paying customer.
