Felt rushed, did not explain anything, did not feel welcome. Member asked if I needed help resetting my vehicle oil reminder. Informed him if he knew how to do it then yes, if not I would figure it out. He then stated "Soo do you want me to do it or not?" Just did not feel valued or respected.
