The team didn't tighten my oil cap. I got down the road a mile when my low oil pressure alarm came on. By the time I got back to the service center, 5 of the 6 quarts of oil that were put in during the oil change had to be replaced. My car engine was hot, and I now fear that the life of my motor has been reduced.

First off they could refrain themselves from damaging my vehicle. Second not over tighten the oil plug and filter. Third actually use pressure gauge when checking tire pressures. Forth not destroy my new air filter just so they can get an upsell. Other than the greasy finger prints form the “tech” it was clean but he ripped it in two because he didn’t know how to remove it from the air cleaner. Then the new one he sold to me to replace the one he ripped he put in sideways luckily I checked their “handy” work when i got home. Which is when I found the over tightened filter and plug. I had to buy a new plug because it was damaged.
