Oil change and engine cleaner (I requested this they didnu2019t try to upsell) was fast and efficiently done. I wanted a transmission service but they explained why they could not perform this service on my make of car due to location of the access point and them not being allowed to remove parts to get to it. I asked for air filter to be checked and replacement wasnu2019t needed. I appreciate their honesty.

The tech lied to me about things I needed. Took my car to a mechanic the next day and I do not have an oil leak I do not need a new transmission I asked for windshield wiper fluid which they did not put in! My light came on saying wiper fluid low before I left! I told the guy and he said it's your sensor they filled it. I looked and there's NO FLUID!!! So the staff is pretty much just full of liars that give terrible customer service. My husband and I have multiple vehicles that we have always taken to the Valvoline on Douglas in Midwest City Oklahoma because it is right by our house but we will never take any of our cars there again

The tech showed me a dip stick reading saying that the oil was at the proper level. On my way out of town, the oil light came on. A stranger helped me put a whole quart of oil in the car. My engine could have locked up on the highway, at night, with two small kids. So disappointing. I would have paid what was needed to get what was right for my car.

This is the 2nd time we came in to have the company vehicle serviced and they refused to rotate. All the services I am used to going to Valvoline were not performed, and I am unsure if the staff was fully trained, which could have been most of the problem for a new person. However, it was disappointing not to have everything done that I am used to, lights were not checked, wipers no, tire pressure, no, I feel that used to be part of the price I paid for, but none of that happened.
