I had a terrible experience going to Valvoline today & will never go back. An oil change was $100 & I had a $25 off coupon. I went there because Walmart ran out of filters. I thought it'd be worth it because Id be in & out unlike Walmart. My entire service took almost an hour & 30 minutes!! Just for an oil change. I could've went to Walmart & spent half the money. The lady just forgot about me or something. What really upset me was they have 3 stalls & got 4 cars out while I was waiting for my oil to be changed in a stall. I also had a toddler in the backseat. If you're going to promise fast service, charge absurd prices & make someone wait well over an hour, give them a decent discount. Absolutely ridiculous.
