All men had smiles on their faces and it was a HOT day. I was greeted immediately by the first gentleman and he explained every procedure they would do. The second gentleman went through all the procedures including checking lights and blinkers. Explained everything we did when he completed and then explained the prices I agreed to before he checked it all out I was them guided into bay one for my oil change and the third gentleman double checked various things the second man did and explained the prices. I had a $15.00 off coupon that he applied to my bill on the computer. He then went down and did my oil change while the fourth gentleman stayed up top to assist him when he needed it. The third gentleman came back up after completing my oil change and took my money and coupon. The fourth gentleman guided me out and both gentleman said goodbye with a smile.
