Love this place!! Most places wouldn't ask if they could check the filters or anything and I would have to do it myself. The gentlemen who serviced my vehicle had asked and changed them! Super amazing place!! Staff was so nice and not ever pressured nor did I even feel pressured (he even told me there was no pressure) to buy any additional services. He was very knowledgeable and explained my millions of questions that I had in a patient and easy to understand way. I ended up getting everything serviced that day (transmission, power steering, and everything else)! Amazing experience and so thankful that I found this place. I'll definitely go here for every oil change! My vehicle runs so much better now!! Thank you for being amazing!!

No real issue with staff except they were uneducated about how their pricing compared to alternative actives. My cabin and engine air filter needed changed. When asked if i wanted i said yes as long as the prices were comparable to what filers cost at parts store. Changing air filters is something i can and will do generally when needed.Staff changed filter and i had to go to parts stor on the way home for an unrelated reason. I checked pricing and the filters that were sold to me were 2 times the cost of the best filters sold at parts store! NOT the cheapest available but the MOST EXPENSIVE! The exact part number (Valvoline brand) of the cabin air filter used can be purchased 2 for 25 dollars with a quick interned search. I feel cheated and taken advantage of. I called and spoke with the manager (Richard) and he said if i returned that day he could give me some credit however i was already 20 miles out of town. I would be back by first thing in the morning and he said he could only to it if i returned that day. His manager was to call me by the next day. Toward the end of the day i had received no call so i called Richard back. Out of room to write but more info
