When doing the courtesy tire pressure check, the technician broke the valve stem on my tire, then tried to tell me it was broken before I arrived. It was leaking are so much that he told me I couldnu2019t go far on it and recommended to go to the first tire repair facility I could find. I drove 40 minutes to get there, and waited in line 20 minutes to get service, and my low tire light never came on. I donu2019t like being gaslit. If he had just admitted he broke it, I would have been irritated, but understanding. But, this was unacceptable. I was a loyal customer, but Iu2019m going to be taking my business elsewhere now.
