Everybody was friendly. There were two cars being serviced when I was waved in and I was able to watch how the stafff worked together on those cars. It was clear that they worked as a team and that they had a routine. About half way through my change I realized that I had left my wallet at home. So I told the young woman who was working on my car that I had called my wife to bring my wallet and she just smiled and said "no problem" and they continued working on my car.About 20 minutes later my wife arrived, and parked away from the entrance and started walking toward the stall I was parked in. The same young woman saw her coming and walked out to meet her and bring me my wallet. That is customer service.

the guy told me that it cost the company 10,000 a month to give me a recite and i would have to get it in my email. i told him i would not be back if i can't get a recite as i don't want an email. so shame on you valvoline i will never buy from you again and everyone i talk to i will be sure to tell them how you gouge your little shops i will find castrol quick shop.
