Staff prioritized vehicles in the order they arrived since while I was waiting a third bay opened up and they had to move us around. The service tech did a good job changing the oil, however he did a terrible job at securing the engine splash shield.. I traveled 1mile and the shield came off while in traffic. This could have caused a major accident, I had to go to another shop for the the repair. I am not a happy camper!
