Very professional. Last time I went before this, there was a big problem with my clutch (car dying and hard to start. Manager said politely that they didn’t work on the dual clutch on this car; and couldn’t change the oil while it was broken. It turned out to be a factory issue. I’m glad they had some idea what was wrong with it and didn’t change the oil because it could have been costly if it had to be redone after getting it fixed.
