I debated between going to the Toyota Service Center or this Valvoline that I visited today. In the future, I will choose the service center over this Valvoline. Even though Bob Howard Toyota is 20 minutes away and this Valvoline is down the street. At least at the service center you pay the same price for an oil change (probably cheaper than Valvoline since you all raised your prices) and you can get coffee, snacks, and you can be comfortable in a waiting room. I chose this Valvoline because it was more convenient, so that was my mistake. Most of the time I have a good experience here but, today was one of the worse ones so far. And I can say it was all because of the man who u201ctook careu201d of me today. Jacob who worked at the Valvoline on NW. 23rd in Oklahoma City, time on or around 1:15pm. White male, hand tattoos, the most horrible attitude Iu2019ve had to endure from someone who was supposed to be doing me a service.

Three were 2 stalls open, so when I arrived, I chose one. It happened that the other lane moved faster, and so cars that arrived after I did got serviced before me. I think the vehicle in front of me was getting more than a regular oil change. There should be a system where first come first served When the customer arrives, he/she doesn't know what service(s) the car ahead is getting.
