From the first interaction to the last everyone was friendly and courteous. The oil change was quick and efficient. I was told of my options but didn't feel pressure to pick a particular option. My questions were answered in a way that I could understand without making me feel stupid for asking.Though I am moving to Tulsa in a couple of weeks I will return to OKC for some things and getting my oil changed at Valvoline is one of those things.
