Didn’t greet me, didn’t advise on routine checks, rudely told me they wouldn’t put a headlight bulb in when I’ve had it done before, too expensive for the service, I’ll go to the one in Norman that replaces filters and tries to help going above and beyond. If I’m going to get rude & just a run of the mill oil change, I’ll go somewhere else for 1/3 the price and a smile. I’ve used Valvoline for years and if I could have I would have driven away and gone somewhere else. It wasn’t necessarily the guy that worked on my car it was another guy who appeared to be the manager or lead tech that was a total jerk. I didn’t get his name unfortunately. He is the one that ran my card and printed the documents and sticker out if that helps identify him…tall guy, bad teeth, terrible attitude.
