Your team members were great! My complaint is solely that you raised your prices on top of what was already a little ridiculous in my opinion. I went in because you guys’ had sent me a $25 off coupon. Using the “time is money” theory I sometimes justify getting my oil changed so I don’t have to do it myself. I can buy your Valvoline SYN high mileage and a filter at Wal-Mart for $30-35. You are charging $111 now. I know you get oil in bulk as cheap (if not cheaper) than I can buy it at Walmart for retail. So $80 extra for 15 mins??? That is equivalent of $320 an hour for labor. I happened to walk through the auto center at Walmart the next day and noticed their synthetic oil changes are $55 (choice of full SYN Penzoil or Castrol). I noticed they also had Valvoline in bulk, the sign said the other two though. All three oils are within $2 on the Walmart shelf. Hmmmm? So Walmart is charging exactly half to do an oil change with name brand oil. I wonder how that is going to work out in the long run? I’ll leave it at that.
