I waited in the parking lot for fifteen minutes before getting into the service center. I assume inadequate staffing is the reason. In the future, I may try one of your locations in Oklahoma City on my way to work. This location opens too late for me to get it done here and get to work on time. I can leave a little earlier and get to an OKC location and hopefully without delay. There was a problem getting my battery charge checked but my car has not indicated a need for a charge and the battery is fairly new and I purchased it from this location.

Oil change went great! Transmission flush, not do much. Had me to pull into bay 4, and would get me taken care of. Waited 7 minutes, no one showed up. I finally blew my horn, asked it anyone was going to finish my car up, or do I need to get a refund. I did get an apology, for not finishing up before going to other cars. They did a pretty good job, but should finish up on vehicle before going to others.
