I had my oil and air filter changed at the Kickapoo Shawnee Valvoline a few months ago. I thought I'd go someplace different to get an oil change this time around. The guys at 5 min oil change said my air filter was sticking out. I took it back to Valvoline and the manager said it wasn't their fault. It was the fault of oil coming out of my valve that caused my air filter to melt on the edges. I took it to two different mechanics and they said that was a bunch of crock. They just don't want to admit the the Valvoline guy didn't tighten the screws and DIDN'T have the air filter all the way inside the case. The edges were melted too. DO NOT GO TO THIS VALVOLINE OIL ON KICKAPOO IN SHAWNEE. THEY DON'T OWN UP TO THEIR MISTAKES. THAT WAS MY LAST TIME THERE. VALVOLINE OIL is making a killing on some of us women not knowing mechanical problems. I just don't understand why they can't honor their mistakes. Live and Learn!! Also when I showed the guy my $25 coupon he raised the price. What's the use of coupons if your going to add more money at the end. Show your coupons after they quote you a price, NOT BEFORE!! NOT GOOD VALVOLINE OIL.

I’m out of town for a business trip so I can’t change my wife’s oil & she called up there and talked to some lady saying they’re open until 7pm and she gets there at 5:30pm… Nobody is there and she had to risk her life in this inclement weather and doesn’t even give her a call back saying they’re closing early..?she literally told her that she was heading that way, ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
