Was recommended to change cabin filter. But wasn't told how involved procedure would be. He had to practically take my dash apart and it was 98u00b0 outside and hotter sitting in garage in car with engine off. The next day I took a 5 hour trip and the dash started vibrating. It never had before! I called the store and was told to smack the plastic strip above glove box. I told him I would just take car back to the when I returned and that way if they broke plastic piece they could also pay to have it replaced. Then when hood was closed a man started waving me out, but I hadn't paid , so I tried to get someone attention but couldn't. The man standing outside waving at me was getting more and more annoyed with me. Finally the kid that changed cabin filter came to check me out. I don't know what would have happened if I jhad left as the man waving at me wanted me to do! Been going to same store about 8 years and everyone appeared to be new, no familiar faces.
