2025 Honda Civic Sport 24k miles Oil change went quick and price was a couple bucks less than where I normally go for the same product/service but took 20 additional minutes for them to get the thin sheetmetal splash guard back on. They made mention of the speednut being "stripped out" but did eventually get it. Turns out they didn't and ssplashguard was just flopping around grinding on every irregular road surface. Saving $15 wasnt' worth it as I had to replace a $165 splash guard. The nut wasn't stripped the last time and i figure he tried starting the bolt with the power tool and stripped it out. Will not return.

This issue has been resolved. I met with the manager, who was very kind and respectful. They took the time to review the video footage with me and inspect the damage. After reviewing the videos, it appears that the damage did not occur there. Although that was not the outcome I expected, I am very grateful that they took the time to help me investigate the situation and allowed me to review the footage myself.
