I found out that at my previous visit (Redmond, OR) the information, regarding service work done by my mechanic, had NOT been put into the system by the staff. This was despite being informed that it was being recorded (this is an insane scenario, as the information was asked for, received and then; THE PERSON ACTED AS THOUGH THEY WERE ENTERING IT INTO THE COMPUTER). In Bend, the manager was "Happy to help," rectify this situation for us. The service I had completed was completed in the same amount of time as recording my information! I was unexpectedly surprised, and will certainly choose to go to this location again.Thank you!

Don't think I needed a new filter but it was opened so I could see it and I felt since it was opened i should buy it if he had just showed me the old one I would have said no to the new one just felt a little pressure cause it was open. Nothing was said to add pressure. Everyone was very nice.
